Wearing the sari is very easy and looks dazzling to anyone.
1. Start by wearing the right clothes. (eg choli), deep-bound skirts (sometimes called inskirts) and shoes before starting to wrap the essence.

2. Strip and tuck the beginning edge. Hold the sari so that the shorter distance is from the waist to the floor and the long end can be twisted around. Then, start at one end and tuck the corner of the fabric into the deep skirt on the left hip, wrap it around your back, past the right hip, past the navel, and spin again until it passes the navel once more. Keep tucking it into the inner skirt while doing the rounds.

3. Fold the other end. Switch to the other end of the more full-flavored decorations (called pallu). You need to make creases that pass over the shoulders. The trick, use the finger span to create a distance between the folds, and roll through the short end of the sari.
You can use flat hair clips to hold the folds fixed in place until you have finished dressing up. Do not forget to remove the hairpins later!
